RDA Home

River District Arts (RDA) is sometimes referred to as the Rappahannock Torpedo Factory.

RDA is a collective of more than a dozen artists working in a wide variety of media and styles including oil, watercolor, photography, ceramic and collage. They are the heart and soul of River District Arts. During your visit, you will experience artists at work in their studios, have an opportunity to talk with them about their latest creations and browse our two exhibiting galleries. The River Gallery and The Confluent Gallery feature regularly changing shows by local and regional artists.

Located in Sperryville's River District, RDA is housed in a beautifully restored post and beam apple packing facility from the 1930s era, with touches of sophisticated modern interior architecture combined with rustic wood floors and sliding stable doors.

Open Studio Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 10 am - 5 pm.

No admission fee. Public welcomed. Accessible.
